Genimaa group is formed by a team of highly experienced professionals having vast construction experience in building construction, road construction, water supply, airport, and naval dockyard to name a few. All the directors have more than 30 years of experience in the construction field.

Genimaa private limited offers complete engineering solutions including project management, consultancy, structural analysis of existing structures, conceptualization, planning of new projects, and preparation of architectural and structural drawings.

Col Ajoy Kumar is a Civil Engineer and commissioned in Indian Armed Forces in 1987 with 32+ years of experience. Handled projects worth more than 10,000 Cr.Col Ajoy Kumar is a Civil Engineer with 32 years of experience and commissioned in Indian Armed Forces in 1987. He also graduated in Material Management from Indian Institute of Material Management Delhi and completed his Independent Director from MDI, Gurgaon.

Col Sanjay Datta

Colonel Sanjay Datta is a civil engineer and was commissioned in Indian Army in 1987. The officer has managerial experience in organizing and carrying out large scale civil engineer projects throughout the country accross defence services. The officer has served as Garrison Engineer, Commanding Officer of engineer regiment, Project Director of AWHO Dwarka New Delhi, Residential Project, CWE in DGNP Mumbai and additional chief engineer with Air Force.

Col Sanjeev Kr. Sexena

DIRECTOR PROJECTS

COL Sanjeev Saxena has more than 35 years of experience in managing big and small projects to include Residential, Commercial, Institutional & Infrastructure. An Ex Army officer from 'Corps of Engineers' who has served in Military Engineer Services (MES), Border Roads Organisation (BRO), Hindustan Prefab Ltd. (HPL) and WAPCOS, Govt. of India PSUs and headed the projects of National importance. He has also worked with renowned builders namely Mahagun Group, Prateek Group, NOIDA and Ambika Realcon, New Delhi at the highest management levels. He has worked for various renowned clients viz. CRPF, ITBP, Income Tax, Ministry of Rural Development, SAIL, HUDCO, NHPC, CIL, NTPC among others.

Dinesh C. Mishra

CHIEF ARCHITECT

Graduated in the year 1979 from one of the premier institutes of the country. After graduation worked with late V.P. Dhamija, Chief Architect, Govt of Nigeria and a pioneer in bringing tourism revolution in lesser known state of India-Haryana. As his senior architect he handled projects in India and abroad. The projects ranged from hotels, corporate offices, housings, shopping complexes etc. He has been practicing in personal capacity since 1984. he has been working as external contract Administrator and project auditor for various mega projects. He is an expert on techno-legal matters of contract.
